Plain-language agreement

Terms of Use

These terms explain the rules for using Chin Voice Lab, including accounts, credits, uploaded media, generated work and private voice models.

Effective 15 August 2026 · Last updated 15 August 2026

Chin Voice Lab is a Chin-language media production service created by Chinland InfoTech. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These Terms are intended to be readable. They still form an agreement between you and Chinland InfoTech for your use of Chin Voice Lab.

01

Accounts

You must sign in to use the studio. Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials and API keys secure, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

02

Credits and access

Credits measure permitted use of processing features. They are not money, cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash, and may expire or replenish under the rules shown in your account. We may allocate weekly credits, make an ad hoc adjustment, or grant limited GPU and feature access to selected accounts.

Estimated costs may differ from final processing costs. Unless required by law, unused promotional or allocated credits have no cash value. Contact us before a large production if you need an additional allocation.

03

Your media and uploads

You retain your rights in text, audio, images and video you upload. You give us a limited permission to store, process, transform and deliver that material only as needed to operate the service and produce the work you request.

You must have the necessary rights and permissions for every upload. Do not upload malware, executable archives, unlawful material, or content that violates another person's privacy, copyright or other rights.

04

Voice models, presenters and likeness

You may create or use a voice model, presenter or likeness only when you have the person's informed permission or another lawful basis to do so. Consent recordings must be genuine. Do not impersonate a person, mislead an audience about who spoke, or create deceptive political, financial, sexual or harmful media.

Private voice models are intended for the account and authorised productions for which they were enrolled. We may pause or remove access when consent is disputed or misuse is reasonably suspected.

05

Responsible use

Do not use the service to break the law, threaten or harass people, facilitate fraud, spread malicious deception, exploit children, evade safeguards, overload the service, probe another account, or reverse engineer protected models and systems. Clearly label synthetic or altered media when context makes disclosure necessary to avoid deception.

06

AI-assisted outputs

Speech, transcripts, translations, timings, subtitles, lip-sync and rendered media may contain errors. You must review important words, names, timing, consent and final media before publishing. Do not rely on an output as legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.

07

Storage, privacy and deletion

The service stores account details, projects, assets, jobs and usage information to operate the studio. Storage limits may apply. You can delete eligible assets and may request or use account deletion; deletion removes associated work subject to technical, security, audit and legal retention requirements. Some deletion may take time to finish across backups and processing systems.

08

Service availability

Chin Voice Lab is under active development. Models, features, limits and processing times may change. A render or training job may queue, fail or need to be retried. We may pause access for maintenance, security, capacity or suspected misuse, and cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

09

Ownership of the service

Chinland InfoTech and its licensors retain their rights in the service, interface, software, models, branding and documentation. These Terms do not transfer those rights to you. Subject to these Terms and third-party rights, we do not claim ownership of the finished media you create from material you lawfully provide.

10

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as available" basis without warranties that every feature or output will meet your needs. You are responsible for your source material, editorial decisions, permissions, publication and backups.

To the extent permitted by law, Chinland InfoTech will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11

Changes, suspension and contact

We may update these Terms as the studio develops. The current version and its effective date will appear here. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations.

Questions about these Terms or the service can be sent to admin@chinlandinfotech.com or through our Contact page.
